What is the vacation policy for Zoomlly Jams employees?

Zoomlly Jams offers a comprehensive vacation policy for all full-time employees:

  • New Employees (0-2 years) - 15 days of paid vacation per year

  • Mid-Level Employees (2-5 years) - 20 days of paid vacation per year

  • Senior Employees (5+ years) - 25 days of paid vacation per year

Additional benefits include:

  • 10 paid holidays per year

  • 5 personal days for any reason

  • Unlimited sick leave (with manager approval for extended absences)

  • Vacation days roll over up to 5 days per year

  • Option to cash out unused vacation days at year-end

Employees must submit vacation requests at least 2 weeks in advance through our HR portal. Requests are subject to manager approval based on team coverage and business needs.
